Gilchrist: yeah…yeah. You’re a felon wanted for rape, murder, pedophilia, or robbery or drugs you’re going back and you’re gonna face prosecution in your homeland. Uhh .. somebody that has been here for twenty years, never done anything wrong, hell no. No there would have to be a time limit.

Doesn't he remember the blanket amnesty of 1986? That was less than twenty years ago.
